The complete circuit with the results report and final personalized assessment is carried out in a single day.
In the case of those over 45 years of age, the check-up includes, in addition to the above, additional consultations (with Digestive, Urology, Neurology and Pneumology specialists) and other specific tests, such as spinal MRI, CT coronary calcium score and gastrocolonoscopy. “In a higher age range it is recommended to expand the battery of medical tests. For this reason, the complete checkup is performed in 48 hours,” explains Dr. Vicente Roig.
With a highly multidisciplinary component, the unit works as a team, among others, the specialties of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, Gynecology , Urology, Pneumology, Neurology and Ophthalmology, with the fundamental work of Diagnostic Imaging technicians, Nursing and Administration, which has a key role in coordinating the entire circuit in the most agile way.
These comprehensive checkups are aimed at asymptomatic people who want to have a global assessment of their health. “Our objective is to rule out or detect possible cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic or oncological pathologies in the most incipient stages. All this in a circuit with exclusive accompaniment, agile appointments and concentrated in the shortest possible time,” adds Dr. Roig.
