He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Valencia, obtaining his doctorate degree after reading and defending his doctoral thesis in 1996 at the University of Valencia.
He completed his specialized MIR training in Angiology and Vascular Surgery.
He began his professional practice as a specialist at the same center for two years, acquiring extensive experience in the management of vascular diseases and problems.
Since then, and for more than 25 years, he has developed his professional practice as a specialist and head of Angiology and Vascular Surgery Services, serving as head of the same until June 2025.
