Ascires was founded in 1977 with the mission of shortening the time between the validation of a new medical technology and its availability to patients.
It is Spain’s pioneering biomedical group in Diagnostic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Medical Genetics and Image-Guided Radiation Oncology. The group works with both public and private hospitals, as well as through its own network of Biomedical Clinics in the Valencian Community and Catalonia – and now in the new hospital.

ECG Médica S.L., part of Ascires, began its journey in 1977 with the introduction of the first Computerised Axial Tomography (CAT) scan in a public hospital in Valencia.

We also host the National Congress on Sudden Cardiac Death, which brings together patient experiences, leading experts in Sports Cardiology and renowned elite athletes.
