25 years of experience as a specialist in Nuclear Medicine, 17 years as Head of the Nuclear Medicine Department and 8 years as Medical Director at Ascires. He is also the current President of the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Society of Valencia and Murcia (SMNIMVM).

Specialised in Breast Imaging and Prostate Cancer, he is also a Licensed Supervisor of Radioactive Facilities in the field of Nuclear Medicine. He also has specific training in PET, PET-CT and SPECT in the field of Oncology, among others, including international training placements.

He has combined his clinical work throughout his professional career with research and teaching at public and private universities at national level.

He has more than 40 scientific publications in national and international journals and more than 173 presentations at Spanish and international congresses, and is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Spanish Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
