More than 21 years of specific experience in:

• Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) in prostate, head and neck, gynaecological and soft tissue sarcoma tumours, as well as other pelvic tumours
• Total Skin Electron Irradiation (TSEI)
• Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT)
• Stereotactic radiosurgery and fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy, both cranial and extracranial (SBRT), for primary tumours (prostate, kidney, adrenal and lung), as well as for bone, lymph node and lung metastases
• Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT)
• Co-responsible for the treatment and follow-up of prostate cancer and responsible for urological tumours, performing external radiotherapy treatments using image-guided VMAT with CBCT, moderate hypofractionation and SBRT.

Member of the Bone and Soft Tissue Tumours and Urological Tumours (URONCOR) Working Group of SEOR.

He has more than 30 communications and 25 articles as first author in national and international journals; 20 book chapters as author and co-author; and has participated or participates in 16 research projects with public or private funding.
