Dr Lera provides outpatient psychiatric care at Ascires Hospital.

Since 2009, he has been President of the Teaching and Research Group in Psychiatry at La Ribera Hospital and a member of the coordination group between Primary Care and Mental Health. He has also been a Psychiatry resident tutor since 2020 and a collaborator as a manuscript reviewer for the journal Sanidad Penitenciaria since the same year.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Valencia in 2003 and obtained his Doctorate with Cum Laude distinction in 2015. He has numerous scientific articles published in national and international journals, as well as book chapters and books.
